These terms are a draft for Clear Cycle Advisors LLC, a New Jersey LLC at 16 Saint Johns Drive, Freehold, NJ 07728. New Jersey law governs them, and venue is in New Jersey. A lawyer has not reviewed this draft. Do not treat this page as the contract you will use in market.

What you are buying

The Liquidity Diagnostic Self-Assessment is a software assessment of order-to-cash, payables and treasury. It includes 12 months of access from the purchase date and two retakes. A retake keeps the company profile and starts the scores over.

Liquidity Diagnostic Self-Assessment + Consult with Ian adds a review of your results, a 60-minute video call and a one-page action memo. The full fee is credited toward the Financial Operations Review, priced at $40K to $75K, depending on company revenue, if you book it within 60 days of the readout. The Financial Operations Review is a 4 to 6 week engagement. The fee is $40K to $75K, depending on company revenue. Companies with $100M to $500M in revenue are $50K.

Price

Launch price is $295 for the Self-Assessment and $995 for Self-Assessment + Consult. List price is $495 and $1,495. Launch price applies to the first 25 paid buyers or until the end of December 31, 2026 Eastern time, whichever comes first. A refunded purchase frees a launch place. A pending checkout does not use one. Adding Consult with Ian later does not count as a new buyer.

You can add Consult with Ian within 30 days of a Self-Assessment purchase by paying the difference between that price then in effect and the amount you already paid.

Refunds

The Self-Assessment is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of purchase. Self-Assessment + Consult is refundable until the readout happens. After the call is marked held, that fee is not refunded. Asking for a refund does not by itself reverse the card. Ian records the refund after it is issued in Stripe.

Your inputs

You are responsible for the numbers you enter. The model floors each opportunity line at zero and keeps one-time cash separate from recurring savings. It does not audit your books.
